Current order backlog

An unexpectedly large increase in orders has caused a backlog and dispatch delays. We are working to clear the existing backlog and expect these orders to be dispatched by 24 October 2026, with delivery estimated by 30 October 2026. Delivery remains subject to the destination, customs and carrier conditions. We apologise for the delay and appreciate your patience.

Older orders affected by this backlog may fall outside our standard delivery timeframe below. The dates above apply to the existing backlog; this updated policy does not restart an existing order's delivery timeframe or change an earlier delivery commitment without your agreement.

Standard delivery times

Standard delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days from order confirmation for the United Kingdom, United States and other supported destinations. This is the total timeframe, including order processing, packing and shipping to your address. No additional processing period is added to this estimate.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates can be affected by the destination, customs and carrier delays. If your order is delayed, contact us for an updated estimate.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on orders of US$65 or more after discounts. Standard shipping is US$10 for orders below US$65 after discounts.

Eligibility is based on the discounted merchandise subtotal, excluding taxes and shipping charges. Free gifts do not increase the qualifying subtotal.

Currency and delivery

These amounts are in US dollars. If you shop in another currency, the converted shipping rate and eligibility are confirmed at checkout. Delivery is available to supported addresses shown at checkout. Available delivery methods and any applicable taxes are displayed before payment.

Order updates and support

Your order confirmation and available tracking updates are provided by email. If your order is delayed, you need an updated estimate, or you wish to discuss cancellation or a refund for an unshipped order, please visit our Contact page and include your order number. This updated policy does not remove any rights relating to an existing order.
