How many layers should I use?
The recommended number of layers depends on the product instructions. Check your Nail Pen packaging before applying another layer.
When can I apply the next layer?
Use the drying guidance supplied with your product. Drying and curing instructions are product-specific, so check the label rather than relying on another nail product’s timing.
Wear & UV Lamp
Is a lamp required for my Nail Pen?
Check the directions for the exact Nail Pen and any top coat you plan to use. A lamp requirement for one product does not establish the requirement for another.

Where is the ingredient list?

How should I remove the color?

Use & choosing
Can I choose several lip shades together?
Yes. Use the Lip Pen Bundle page to select a set of three or five shades. Your selection uses the current individual prices shown on the page.
Can I repeat a shade in my selection?
Yes. Select a shade again to add another of the same color. You can remove a selected shade before adding the set to your cart.

Where can I see delivery information?
Free Standard shipping on orders of US$75 or more after discounts; US$10 below US$75. The threshold excludes taxes and shipping. For other currencies, the converted shipping rate and eligibility are confirmed at checkout.
How can I check an existing order?
Open the order-status link in your confirmation email. You can also use the Track My Order page to access order information.
What information should I send about a delayed order?
Use the contact form and include your order number and a description of the issue. This helps identify the order you are asking about.
